Q2.How long is your delivery time?
A: All standard items in stock are available and usually take 1 to 7 days. For non-standard custom-made products, it takes 7 to 15 days, mainly depending on the quantity of the order.
Q3.Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can provide some samples of the products for free, but we won't cover the shipping cost.
Q4.What are your payment terms?
A: If the payment is less than or equal to 1000 USD, 100% in advance. For payment of 1,000 USD or more, 30% T/T in advance and the full balance should be paid before shipment.
Q5.Do you support customization for specialized tools?
A: Yes, we can manufacture non-standard or custom-made products based on your specific requirements and technical drawings.
Q6.Do you inspect and test all products before shipment?
A: Yes, all standard and customized items undergo strict inspection to ensure quality before they are packed and shipped.
