How do you handle quality control, and what is your procedure for handling complaints or claims?
We currently have three quality control processes. The tool profile is inspected using the German Helicheckplish testing equipment, and the appearance is inspected using a 2D 150x and 300x magnification microscope. Furthermore, our tool passivation uses a fluid blasting process, and the passivation value can be controlled within 3um. The tool production also uses German Walter equipment, which effectively improves the precision and quality stability of the tools.
Since we have not had the opportunity to work with your tools, could we receive samples for performance testing?
Regarding sample testing, we need to apply for approval. You can send us your required list, and then we can evaluate the plan and our quotation for your reference. If everything is suitable, we will apply to provide free samples.
What coating is applied to these end mills and what is its maximum temperature capacity?
The tools feature a high-quality AP (AlCrN) coating, which is capable of withstanding operating temperatures up to 1200°C.
